Question 1

When will these replacement pads be available again?

Accepted Answer

I can't answer this. The company that makes them would have to tell you when replacements would be available.

Question 2

how long does it run for?

Accepted Answer

Hello Trina,

Thank you for inquiring. Normally you should be able to get 20-30 uses or 2-3 months worth before they begin to wear and tear (it varies per individual).

Cleanse the area of skin you will be placing the electrode pads with soap and water, or with a damp cloth. Make sure the area is dry before applying the electrodes. When storing the electrode pads, we recommend placing them back onto the plastic film they came attached on. Electrodes that become extra wet from sweat or water, and do not stick anymore need to be replaced.

We always want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly via Amazon message, or by calling our toll-free number at 1.855.822.6999 Mon-Fri 9am-pm CST.

Question 3

Am I to get 2 pads per order or 4 pads?

Accepted Answer

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please know that there are 4 packs per order, and each pack contains 2 pads as the sample picture shows. Please replace with new pads when the old one does not attach skin firmly.

To length the life of electrode pads, please cleanse the area of skin you will be placing the electrode pad with soap and water, or with a damp cloth. Make sure the area is dry before applying the electrode pad. When storing the electrode pad, we recommend placing it back onto the plastic film the pad came attached to. Electrodes that become wet from sweat or water and do not stick anymore need to be replaced. You can also cleanse the pad with a damp cloth. If it is too dirty or your skin feels numb after the pad is cleaned, replace the pad.

I hope this will address your concerns. If you have any further questions or concerns, our customer service team can be reached directly via Amazon message, or by calling our toll-free number at 1.855.822.6999 Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm CST.
