Purchased this as a gift for my aunt who isn’t exactly tech-savvy. Great experience, easy set up. Love that I can send her pictures and they show up instantly! Love that the size of the frame isn’t too large or too small. Great quality and great experience!!

I purchased this as a brisk shower gift, with the intent of having friends share photos during the shower. It does have Wi-Fi, but not an email address. You either have to use an sd card or an app. Family and friends can download the app and add to this frame, but it's not as easy as using an email address. It is touch screen and pretty easy to figure out. It was a lot less expensive than some of the other digital frames. I would buy this model again.

Wouldn’t connect to wifi, screen takes a long time to load, item seemed used even though it was purchased new. I keep having to go back and fourth with the seller and it’s just been a horrible experience. I do not recommend! BUYERS BEWARE!

Better than most. Most photo frames are hit-and-miss on functionality and setting up the controls is a nightmare. This machine is easy to use because the controls are touch-screen and "intuitive" (to use a trendy word which means "obvious.") Image quality seems to be good as far as resolution and color saturation. I bought RCA because that is an American corporation with a long history of quality products. But after having had bad experiences with other photo frames, I bought the longest warranty possible, which cost me about $1.20 per year ! I have already recommended this piece to a friend who is looking for a digital photo frame. If this photo frame fails during the warranty period, I will update this assessment.

This is just the thing I needed to give my parents for an anniversary gift. It’s very easy to use and set up, meaning that my parents do not worry about being confused by the product. The photos came through very quickly. We like that you can add captions to every picture it really helps my parents remember where we were and what we were doing. It’s a great product for a gift. Definitely recommended.

Frame seems to work fine. Great to be able to have pictures shared from all over the country in seconds. Code changes so that adds peace of mind in others getting unwanted access.Would love if memory was expandable and if the app used would give editing capabilities to sender so images could be smaller to fit frame but that is not an issue with the frame itself.This would make a great gift for out-of-town grandparents or family members.

I have had my frame for a few months now and really enjoy it. It is easy to send pictures to and to set up. It has a sleep feature that you can program to the times that you want so that the frame does not run all night. It is so great to be able to easily see all the pictures I take. This is a great gift for grandparents. Everyone in the family can send pictures to it so that the grandparents can enjoy what is going on in everyone’s lives.

We bought these for our older parents so all the family could share photos. Setup took less than 5 minutes, and everyone was able to share pictures to the frame within 10. We have all used it from different states and pictures go right to the frame for our parents to see! It is a simple and straight-forward operation that they can manage and really enjoy getting the pictures!
