They are sturdy, well built and hold my Thrustmaster wheel securely
This is my 3rd Xlerator wheel stand. They are sturdy, well built and hold my Thrustmaster wheel securely. The stand arrives securely packaged with all the powder coated pieces wrapped in foam to protect the finish. All hardware is bagged and instructions were included. Assembly is straightforward using the included instructions. Total assembly and mounting takes around 30 minutes. The best part are the pre-drilled holes on the wheel and pedal trays; just line the holes up with and secure the base and pedals using the supplied bolts. Zip ties are provided to manage the cables and the stand allows for adjustments to fine tune the fit to suit your needs. I use my stand on a Lazy-Boy recliner and it works perfectly. When not in use the stand folds up with everything attached.I've seen some of the other wheel stands out there; this one should be at the top of the list for consideration. Considering the price in relation to the other stands on the market, this wheel is a home run.

Ramp up your sim racing!
I have had the Big Boy sim racing stand for a couple of weeks now. I also purchased a refurbished Logitech G27 wheel for PS3 via Amazon... They were delivered in about a week.ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM BOTH! My prior setup was a ancient Logitech Driving Force wheel on a semi-stable folding table. I also bought a Executive Office Chair via a local retailer. Now I am very comfortable as I slam around corners, pedals & wheels not going ANYWHERE. The stand is portable, I move it to the side when I play other games or just watch TV.The reason that I did not buy the racing 'cockpit' chair/stands is that the chair didn't look comfortable for other than racing. I spend about the same, but got a more versatile chairI have a small "man cave/mike's mess" that I play in. A 40 inch 720p TV, & a small surround sound...I highly recommend this Wheel Stand for those that want to ramp up their sim racing.

Great product, better service!
This is an excellent product. The center post design works excellent and is definitely a necessity for a force feedback wheel. I have been using mine now for 6 months and couldn't be happier. I didn't have the room for an entire cockpit setup in my small apartment and this was by far the best solution available. When not in use I can just slide this into the corner and have my living room back. The customer service was great, he worked with me every step to make sure I got what I needed for the best gaming experience possible.I actually needed to switch out the Big Boy bar for the normal size because my chair was exactly the size of the cushion of my lazy-boy, but I had my new part in days. Like the title says a great product but even better service.

Surprisingly stable
This stand is perfect. It has the ability to be stood up directly when you want to get out of your seat, then just tilt it back to your lap when you want to use it.I am convinced that they have an 800 lb gorilla, with the digit dexterity of a piano master, wrapping these things. It came tightly wrapped in foam wrapping paper and taped to prevent loose items rambling about in the package.Took a while to set it up, but not too long.Sturdy.I am glad I went with this one over the more expensive seat versions, this is perfect for me.Plus, I am 6'-9" and I this thing fits me perfectly.

Great quality, easy to mod for preference and stability
After a few modifications i have yet to find a more stable stand that can be stored away easily. Amazing product, after a year and a half is still like brand new
