Always a company you can trust. I've been using their supplements for over 50 years. It's the Gamma Tocopherol you want, here it is. Easy to swallow and one a day does it. I take many Carlson supplements.

The Digestive Enzymes and Gamma E-Gems are excellent and I can tell when I run out... which I try not to let happen.

I stated taking these Vitamin E softgels to help my skin and they really seem to be helping. They are relatively small and easy to swallow. These softgels are odorless and tasteless and can be taken anytime throughout your day. I love that I don't burp after taking these and don't worry about my breath smelling bad either. I have not noticed any side effects with taking these softgels, even on an empty stomach.There are 120 softgels in the bottle and you only take 1 a day so it is a decent value. I love that there is enough to try it for 4 months so you can see how this Vitamin E supplements helps you before you need to invest in another bottle.

As far as I know, the benefits of vitamin E are long term so it is hard to judge if these are better than others. But it seems like vitamin E, and if it is independently tested, then that's good. But it is also a bit expensive.

This is a brand I've been purchasing from for years so these vitamin E gems are no disappointment at all. They are definitely the expected quality, they are easy to swallow, they are not too large, and they are great for my skin. You get a ton for the price and because this is a name brand I think the price is very reasonable. I would repurchase but I have a feeling these are going to last me a very long time since I take them a few times a week and not every day.
