Started using this posture corrector for about a week now. At first, it didn't feel like there was much of an effect on my posture then I realised that I didn't have it positioned correctly. Once it was positioned correctly I could feel it slowly guiding my back into the correct posture. It doesn't use excessive force but small pressure which I like a lot. Also, it has helped me a lot with the strain and pain I experienced in my back after when I sit in a chair for a long time for work and begin to slouch, it really keeps you on your toes about your posture whilst sitting for extended periods of time. Overall, this product is very good and hopefully, I will soon see the effects of it.

I ordered this 'Posture Corrector' due to catching a glimpse of myself in a shop window as I walked by. As I'm getting older, my Shoulders seem to be arching over. I'm nearly 51 and I've been working out all my life, so for this 'Arching Thing' to happen to me is a bit of a shock, obviously getting a bit lazy. I was sent a few 'Deals Of The Day' from Amazon and this was one of them. There were quite a few to choose from, but being quite a large/broad chap, I thought this would be just the job...."Wrroonngg".!!! It arrived very promptly, next day I think, didn't see the courier, just knocked the door and left it on the doorstep, for obvious reasons. I was really excited to try my new 'Posture Corrector', hoping that this would actually do what it says on the tin and it might well do just that....For smaller people who this piece of gear would actually fit. As I mentioned before, I am quite a broad chap, but I did order the 'Man Size' gear, but I was so disappointed when I just couldn't get it to fit me, it was just too small for me. If your just an average Joe, who doesn't work out, or a petite woman, it would probably work wonders, I do actually get the idea, but if your a chap that works out, I'm afraid you'd be wasting your time. I've given mine too my Mam, who's shoulders have been arching for years, but she is 72'. I have looked for an Extra Large size in the Posture range, but haven't seen any just yet, maybe when we're through what we're going through at the minute, the range will get wider. Take care.!!!!

A load of rubbish. Difficult to know if it’s correctly fitted and after an attempt, it fell to bits after I moved my arms.

My posture has been lacking recently as I work an office job, staring at a computer screen all day. I decided to buy the posture corrector to remedy my back pains as a result of this. I'm about a week in and I wear this during daylight hours, I wear it over my undershirt as I find this more comfortable and as it is quite thin it doesn't show over my shirt, it also doesn't show in colour, it's invisible as said xD My back pains have slowly been reducing as my posture is much straighter and I also experience better posture when not wearing this, so it's a great long term solution. As it works very fast I don't think I'll have to wear it for long. :)

Let's start with easy bit, easy to put on. It was not as good in pain relief as I hoped, it only pulled my shoulders back if I had it tight and to have it that tight, it became uncomfortable and rubbed under my arms, so ended up being reluctant to wear it. However, wearing it and?I suppose being uncomfortable acted as a reminder to walk upright with better posture, so I guess it worked? But I am unlikely to wear it again, shame, because the principle is worthwhile but not for me, try it though, might be me being an idiot!

Honestly I didn't think this would work but after wearing it for a while I really do think it works. Dont get me wrong its really uncomfortable, most of my t shirts make it invisible though. I guess one good thing is that it actually consciously reminds you to adjust your posture, I definitely noticed some improvement when using it. I wouldn't say this is good for back pain but as a tool to fix bad posture it may have some application. I dont wear it so much now as it's kind of a burden to wear all day long. But I definitely will again in the future. Despite having a few holes its structural integrity has remained.

After seeing a physiotherapist, this particular product was recommended to help correct slightly rounded shoulders. After wearing this for a couple of hours per day it has helped my posture. My shoulders do feel more relaxed after using this and are - in my view - now in a more natural position. I would recommend it to help correct such problems.

Ich bin überrascht wie bequem dieser Geradehalter ist wenn man ihn mit anderen Stützen vergleicht die ich schon benutzt habe. Kein unangenehmes Kratzen oder Jucken nach längerem tragen. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen der seine Haltung verbessern möchte und es dabei gerne bequem mag.
