I was amazed as how this supplement which endorsed by one of my physician who used this product after he runs our hometown marathon.. I was under his care for many months and was on the brink for having another surgery to correct my bulging disk problem, which was causing pain in my left leg. Since this produce claims to help with inflammation, I asked my doctor if this product could help me. He gave a bottle ( 30 capsules ) for me to try. But didn't say that it will guarantee to work for me. But to my amazement I start to feel better after the third day of usage. No more OTC pain medication, for the whole month.. Highly recommended and you can take as much capsules you want. I just take 12mg ( 1 cap. ) a day with any good fatty meal, eg. cheese or yogurt.

A supplement you can take daily. And, you only need to take one capsule vs multiple servings of the other brand. Take with food, best with healthy fats for example, avocado, fishx fish oil supplements to name a few. Use as directed. So far, I’ve been taking it since it was introduced. This was recommended to me by my physician nephew. It is an excellent natural anti-inflammatory, vegetarian supplement that works! I've been taking it daily now for about 2 months & I'm feeling much better, especially in the morning. I don't feel achy anymore getting out of bed! I definitely recommend this product
