Cooking with the Remoska: the official REMOSKA recipe book over 200 recipes

Have seen people using the Remoska for years and avoided buying one as I thought it would end up at the back of the kitchen cupboard. However, while on holiday we spent some time with people who used it almost every day and we were converted. Purchased the Remoska and then needed a book just to get us started. This is one of the original UK books (I believe) and it's a good place to start. There is a spiral bound Remoska book but I didn't find that as useful. This book has more of the every day recipes in and now we've built up our confidence we only refer back to this book for ideas when we fancy a change or something new. Well worth getting if you are new to Remoska cooking. And, yes, we do use the cooker all the time so I'm happy it was a good purchase.

Lots of recipes but not a photo with each recipe so does not really give a good idea of what the meal will turn out like. There are some colour photos in the book but do not accompany each meal as you would get in a modern book . That said I would buy it again as any info on this great cooking method is very valuable.

I like the Redmoska cooker and would like to learn a wider range of recipes for it. It came with out a recipe book - just a small leaflet of its basic use and a few recipes. I found this very expensive book on Amazon but was disappointed with the range of meals, many of which were based on continental recipes. I am trying to find my own way with familiar recipes.

Very good little book - a little bit dated but that's fine. Pleased that there were some photographs of the dishes too. Have made one of the recipes and so far so good. It's the first time I'd used a Remoska and I was delighted with the results - quick and easy.

Recently purchased a Remoska - still trying to get used to it. The book has some interesting recipes, but not much information as to using the actual product. Had a few good results, but also a few disasters!! Hopefully through trial and error I'll learn, but a bit more information as to using the Remoska would be helpful.

I bought both Remoska cookery books and found this one more helpful. The recipes work! My husband declared the bread and butter pudding the best ever. I tried the first risotto recipe (with sausages) and it was easy to cook and texture and taste was excellent. I halved the quantities for the two of us (and shorted the time by a few minutes. Since cooking with the Remoska, using this recipe book, I have had more compliments for the tasty meals than ever before.

This old version is very useful and better value than the new cookbook, which has fewer recipes. I liked the history of the Remoska, which I have wanted to buy for ages and finally treated myself!

Very good recipes and easy to use. I love my Remoska.
