Nisim, Anti Androgen Shampoo
I've used this shampoo on and off for a couple of years now and would say it seems to work quite well. I leave it on my wet hair for about a minute (as you would a conditioner) then rinse, and it seems to have good effect. It is far superior in quality to the cheaper shampoos (you get what you pay for) and I notice that when I go back to using my other shampoos in between, I tend to shed more hair in the shower than I generally do with this one.If you suffer from hair loss/thinning, along with a scalp dermatitis,(a feeling like your hair needs washing all the time and itching) it will probably also help you alot to cut yeast and added sugar products from your diet, as too much added sugar is known to aggravate and have adverse reaction with Androgens, the hormones that cause hair loss and oiliness, and yeast infection causes skin itching. Diet alteration used with this shampoo should give you ultimate benefit.On the whole I would recommend this product and say if you use it for long enough it should have some advantage,even if it takes a while for you to notice it's effect. Smells nice too!

Not a bad choice
After using this for one week, it seems my hair is less greasy now (although there are still quite some hair dropped when I wash my hair). Let's see how is the effect in a longer term.The only thing I don't like is that this shampoo doesn't produce as much foam as other normal shampoo does while showering. Then I have to use much more shampoo (almost twice) to make my hair clean.

The product simply is not what it is claimed to be. If you look through the list of ingredients in detail and research them, there is nothing within this shampoo that can actually block DHT. Furthermore, it has to be used everyday, well, if you wash you hair everday you simply wash away any falling hairs. I did the same thing with alternative shampoo (every day washing) and had the same result? For me it hasn't worked, I appreciated the quality of the shampoo, but don't believe it has any dht blocked qualities what so ever. I would also add that my hair dresser commented that by washing your hair every day, you damage the natural balance and oils within in the follicle. On research, this appears to be true.

Keep your hair on
You have to use this Shampoo for three months to see much improvement in hair loss. However I like the actual product very much, my hair looks better already and I do propose to carry on with it while I can afford to. It seems to last well, but it must because it is fiendishly difficult to obtain at a reduced price

this has got to be one of the worst shampoo i have used! my hair has been thinning for a while now, i have tried a few products with no success, after reading impressive reviews on this shampoo i thought i give it a go.. big mistake! after my first hair wash i lost clumps of hair down the plug hole, it made my hair very dry straw like, but i still continued to use it hoping it will gradually work, but i lost more and more hair. i have now stopped using it as i have no hair left on my head to wash! so not happy with this product, i honestly think they write there own reviews!

I have a case of sebhoric dermatitis and this shampoo helps clean my scalp I use it along with the Giovanni smooth as silk conditioner and the innisfree camellia serum on the lengths of my hair this can be a bit drying but I use it sparingly and not every day and it is sulphate free but it still seems to give me hair a really lovely shine I use a different sulphate free shampoo on certain Days but since I’ve added this into my routine my hair health has been quite good but I use it sparingly since it’s a bit expensive. I use the selsun selenium sulfide topical suspension usp it’s a white bottle and green cover solution shampoo on days I have a bad flare up of flakes.

Hair thinning actually stopped due to hormone change from testerone mediction and aging.
Great shampoo. I had to start taking male testosterone injections about three years ago. My body became monkey man fuzzy with hair quickly. And as quickly I started thinning more than expected on the top of my head. I went a year before thinking if I do not research shampoos and ingredients I could at this rate go completely bald. I read about the factors involved in male pattern baldness and ran into DHT over and over. Then I read lists of recommended shampoos and their revues. Nisim was rated number two out of ten shampoos on a couple of list from different sources . And everyone gave Nisim great revues. Highest rated shampoo was over four hundred dollars for 8 oz. and did not receive great revues like Nisim. I bought the Nisim and I noticed an improvement the first week like they said in their literature. I am glad I found them before one more week went buy losing more blond thin oily hair. Great, great product for men that do not know there is something they can do to at least stop the severe loss of hair.

Have used for over 20 years.
Have used this since 2001. I am 64 and have a full head of hair. When in my early 30's a receding hairline and thinning at the top, back of head was beginning. I started this shampoo when I was 41 after my girlfriend said that she thought 'bald guys were sexy'. I took that as, ''you are losing your hair and I'm OK with that". Well I wasn't. I used the extract first (seems pricy) on the areas where I wanted regrowth. Hairline and hack of head--in conjunction with this shampoo. Hair did grow back, not as full as when I was a kid but no more bald spots. Haven't used the extract since, just the shampoo to keep what I have. Would my hair fall out if I stopped using it? No idea, and don't want to find out.
