Is it 25 random cards with no duplicates?

Item doesn't specify no duplicates so most sellers will not go out of their way to take out dupes. That being said, some sellers are gonna just give you the same 5 cards 5 times each, others might only have 2-3 dupes with nearly 20 unique cards.

are the pokemon shiny or are the cards?

The pokemon are somewhat shiny and the cards have a shiny backside. The front of the cards is pretty standard

How many could you sell write now I need 1400 cards? And are they real?

I have them. All fresh from Pokemon packs bought directly from Pokemon

Yes, I got them for my sister and there were a lot of cute ones
