Mello Smello Scratch & Smell 10 Packet 6 Assorted Collectors Stickers (Stickers & Collectors Book)

I bought 2 of these (so far!). I decided to collect for both myself and my son. I collected scratch and sniff stickers when I was a kid and Mello Smello were always my favorite! They are not like many of the scratch and sniff stickers today. The ones today are mostly glossy ones that do not have a strong smell and/or the smell does not last long. These are similar to the ones they created in the past in that they are matte and very fragrant. Many of the packs contain a lot of the same stickers so I have a lot of extras. I think they are trying to make it like the past where you can trade with other collectors, but there are not a lot of collectors out there anymore. So I have a ton of extras that I am not sure what I will do with. There is also one sticker that I still do not have. I like the sticker books that allow you to keep the stickers on their backing and have a checklist inside.

These stickers are so much fun. I don't remember a lot of this art, but I was into the weirder ones anyway like hot dog, barbecue, nacho chips, etc. I'm hoping those make a comeback as well. This is a great deal for the amount of stickers you get, and the extras will go with my Lisa Frank and Star Wars stickers on my tablet.

These aren't terrible, and the art is nice. But many of them do have that unpleasant chemical smell to them that a lot of scratch and sniff stickers seem to have these days. There are a few that are very good though - so maybe worth it overall.

I love the stickers and the album! Reminds me of my childhood in the 80s. Excellent purchase! Excellent product can't wait for more!!

Unlike the new-school Trend stickers, these are the actual matte-paper old school stickers that hold their scents. The art is great, updated by still very much "in the style of," and getting them in little wax-pack-like packages is pretty neat. I'm hoping they make future waves, we'll definitely be buying 'em!
