I bought this lock to be able to use it with my smart home app. It works great. You have to make sure your phone is on 2.4 gigahertz and order to hook it up.this is usually done through your router. You must disable the 5 gigahertz on your router. Your phone will automatically hook up to the 2.4 then. Once we figured out that you have to put 3 administrator codes in, it was very easy to install fingerprints and or codes for individual users. Make sure you know the order of fingerprints you put in as you have to make sure that fingerprint one is matched up to the first user and so on. The same way when you add codes. Make sure you know the order. When you put a user's name in it is either code one or fingerprint one, code 2 or fingerprint 2, and so on. The lock will lock after every use unless you have the key in the bottom of the lock turning that feature off.

This door lock has been great! Our main purpose was to let our parents and babysitter in the house while away for work and vacation, but shortly realized the greatness of having fingerprint unlock on our door. Initially we felt a little uneasy about this functionality but have tested it with our friends and proved it is the real deal. The temporary password has been a really nice feature. We’ll be looking to add these to our bedroom and other rooms soon!

Installation requires too much drilling on the door. If the door is predrilled for a deadbolt the handle won't cover the existing hole.

We own a B&B and we love this lock. It offers everything we were looking for. We can enter with a fingerprint or a code, and we give our guests key fobs so they don't have to remember a code. Also the app lets us know when our guests enter the B&B. We have bought two of these and two other B&Bs in town have also purchased and installed them. And I must mention that the customer service is excellent which is very important to me.

This is the most amazing door lock I have ever had. It has fingerprint ID, temporary passcodes for guests, smart cards to open without a code, and it was easy to install. It is worth the price for sure!

Lock works well. fingerprint is unforgiving on placement. Instructions are difficult to understand and there is no way to add or remove from wifi. You must reset lock to remove or add an admin and then readd everyone again I'm sure all these things could be fixed with an update to the firmware overall I am happy with my purchase just expected more from the wifi side of it
