I ordered a black replacement cartridge from Amazon and for some reason it would not work. I used the Amazon button to connect directly to the manufacturer via a live chat. I shared my order info and described the problem and they sent a new cartridge right away. I received in in less than a week and now it’s working. Super great timing as I got it before I had to fly out for a big meeting which allowed me to print needed materials. Super happy with their customer service. Dawn

Perfect fit

I was definitely skeptical buying a non-OEM toner. Times are tough these days and OEM toner is as eye-wateringly priced as ever. The printer manufacturers really have been milking the Gillette model for years. So when time came to replace the toner that came with my printer, I decided for the first time after decades of paying the steep OEM cartridge premium to take the plunge and try the True Image cart. Given its very reasonable price, I figured it wasn’t too risky to give it a go. To my pleasant surprise, the toner has turned out to work every bit as well as the included one I got with the printer when new. It does not smear and is just as dense as the OEM version. I am still running the original color toners, but I know where I am getting their replacements when the time comes. The cost difference in just the black cart will more than pay for a set of color carts from True Image. Well done!

HP brand toner is outrageously expensive so I was happy to find this economical brand. My toner cartridges last more than 6-9 months & print great looking copies. I print a lot at work so this is important to me. I recently had an issue with one of my cartridge and the seller's customer service to fix my issue was fantastic - I had a replacement cartridge in my hands a couple of days later. I won't buy toner from anyone else now.

I am a repeat buyer of this brand of ink for my HP laser printer. It works wonderful and I have never had a problem with any of the cartridges. An affordable option to HP ink.

Great product for my office. Bought just black, but will be ordering colors when i need them. Fabulous that I can order in the convenience of home, have delivered and not have to pay shipping. Will use this company again.

I had my doubts until I saw the quality of the demo printout and configuration printout on a Color Pro MFP M477fnw, which was perfect. The price was $25.91 with coupon discount. A new HP toner cartridge would have cost $180. Very pleased!

**update. Seller reached out and replaced with a working toner cartridge. Thanks!Not happy with this toner. Black streaks on anything printed.Tried reaching out to the company, but no response.

I have only had this product for a week but so far so good. I have ordered this brand of ink in the colors and was satisfied.

It remains to be seen if the contents last as long as advertized.
