Most of the ones I have purchased are made in China. I have to believe if you called Miller Corp. they could tell you where else they are made. I have the Miller 220 Inverter welder and couldn't be more satisfied. It only weighs only 55 lbs. I can do more than this welder than I could with my old Miller Transformer welder of which I had to have two totally different welder. With this Miller Inverter Welder I can do TIG, MIG, AC/DC, & Stick all in one neat package.
