Our Glitter Pigments Eye Shadow features one-of-a-kind technology that incorporates the saturation of a loose pigment, the cushion of a cream and the silkiness of a powder, all with a beautiful high-glitter and pearl finish. Use wet or dry to create a metallic sheen on the lids, with little to no fall out. This eye shadow's versatility works to produce the look you wish to achieve: apply more heavily for full opacity or alongside another eye shadow a complementary shimmer. Apply with fingers or Flat Shader Brush all over the lid for intense color payoff, or lightly as a glitter overlay on top of any eye shadow.
