Best seasoning ever!
This is the absolute best. We had it on fish at a restaurant and asked the chef what did they use. He brought out a canister! We bought it and have used it since 16 yrs ago. It’s great on fish, chicken , potatoes! All veggies. You won’t be disappointed! We add a little more cayenne but it has plenty of seasoning! It’s awesome!

Great value for an excellent product
This stuff is about $6 for a small bottle. BUT you can get literally 10 times the product to refill the shaker bottle for only about double the price. I use it for steak, pork chops, fish, hamburger and chicken. Follow Prudhomme's technique and you have a finished product in a few minutes. Dry the meat, chicken, fish, etc, pack on the seasoning on both sides, place in a very hot pan with a little oil and it both seasons and sears the meat, etc, Then you put it in the oven at 350-400 degrees depending on recipe and it is done. Juicy, well seasoned, tender, Prudhomme perfected something here.

Excellent on fish or chicken!
We have blackened red fish often and this size canister is much more affordable and last all year. It is also great on chicken. This is the first blackened seasoning that I have tried that is not too spicy. We put it on very liberally and enjoy all the flavors.

Large Economy Size...
My local grocery store recently stopped carrying smaller bottles of this, and we use it all the time on our salmon, shrimp, and other seafood. It is absolutely delicious and just the right amount of flavor and spice. I'm not someone who is big on the burning aspect of spicy food, but I do like a little bit of heat. This is exactly my speed. So flavorful and so delicious. I was beyond shocked and pleasantly surprised at the size of the container. This should last us a few weeks 🤣 Seriously, I've never written a single review, so that has to say something. I am a Chef Paul fan for life and use all the other flavors, too.

Tastes Great on Anything
Put this stuff on anything and it tastes good. We put just oil and a generous amount of this on salmon or chicken with veggies in the oven, and it's great.

This stuff is so good! It’s better than any Cajun seasoning.
I love being able to buy it in this gigantic can!We use it on chicken, mostly, so it lasts us for years.After our friends ate over at our house, they started buying it, and he puts it on everything, steaks, burgers, soups, eggs, I think he even sprinkles it on his salad!

I WAS AN EXECUTIVE FOR 35-YEARS; IN 4-STAR RESTAURANTS- MAKING MY OWN BLENDS, RUBS ETC. IN ALL- FROM SCRATCH- AWARD WINNING. BUT- I'VE NEVER TASTED A BETTER BLACKENING SPICE BLEND- THE FACT IS- I USE THIS FOR DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING- SEASON CHICKEN, BEEF, PORK, FISH ETC. USE A BIT OF THIS ON/IN ALL- TAKE FROM THIS LARGE CONTAINER AND PUT INTO SMALLER SHAKER BOTTLES FOR DAILY HOME USE- PRUDHOMME WAS A GENIUS- THIS BLEND DOES NOT "CAKE' OR GUM UP WITH TIME (I GO THROUGH ONE OF THESE A YEAR AT HOME- WHEN WORKING A CASE OR TWO A WEEK!)- Great Product. Use at home- and gift your friends with small bottles of it from this restaurant sized unit. All appreciate it and buy for themselves- And No I do not work for them- just the best I've had- consistent for 34-years since I first used it- Cheers-
