As others have said, the screw strips with incredibly light use, rendering the item completely inoperable. I probably used it once, and now the screw won't work at all. What a waste of money.

Great preparation for butt plugs and other anal toys. With this and other speculums to relax and widen the anal opening there is little uncomfortable stretching when inserting anal toys, they go in really easy; be sure to use lots of lubrication with any speculum and anal toys. The Colins Speculum is the best for the price as it opens wider than most others. There are medical ones which are better but they cost well over $200.

I expected this to be a lot bigger than it was this thing is small, but then again u can't really complain for the price of it, it does its job and it does add a little kinky fun but I expected it to be a lot bigger.

I bought it for my lady and we have used it a few time. Both times she never complained about any sharp edges or sudden discomfort regardless of where I put it. The metal on the outside is polished to a high shine and the edges are deburred. Overall It is a great instrument to introduce medical play or just to give your lover a good stretch.A little user advice though. Since it is only a two prong system make sure you do not collapse it fully when withdrawing it, it will pinch the flesh that protrudes around the metal.

I won't lie, I'm not a doctor because I wouldn't be buying my medical exam supplies on Amazon. I bought this for some fun with my wife. She can barely handle it after some loosening up. If this is the small then I would hate to see the large. Probably made for livestock veterinary purposes. Quality is pretty decent though. My wife likes the 3 prong versions better. They start out smaller and get just as large when you want to crank it.

Worked amazingly--for about four times. After that, the screw threads strips out, and then you've got a problem: The sides will close in, and you can't open it. So be prepared for a pinch! I think they could fix the construction by using a bigger screw, and maybe higher grade metal (screw and device). Otherwise, they should market as "disposable", good for 2 or 3 uses.

This is terrific. Just the right size for insertion and opens up to more than you probably can take. Great for playing solo or with partner. Opening will take up to medium size anal toy and a very large "member". You have never felt anything like being stretched with this instrument. Easy to use, easy to clean, and the turn screw is in just the right place (as opposed to some other brands). A definite buy.

The threading of the screw doesn’t match the threading of the body, so it slips and doesn’t open. DO NOT BUY.
