SPRI EVA Foam Fitness Balls

When I first used this at the gym I decided I didn't need these at home. Then I tried it again and decided I had to have both sizes. Now I have been able to STOP my (Every 2 week Deep Tissue Massage) SAVES ME $130/MONTH due to using these balls.PRIOR TO THESE BALLS I wished could take my foam roller when I travel...But this little guy can go in my carry-on and I don't even long for my foam roller. I am able to release tension in my traps which is not easy to do by yourself. Either size ball works for this.These do a fantastic job on your back, legs, glutes, arms and shoulders as well!

Hard to tell the size without actually feeling it. Well, once I got it, it was hard as a rock. This is NOT a foam ball. It's more like a very stiff rubber ball. I've used one at the gym that looks like this, but this was not the one. I missed the 30 day shipping date, so I donated to the gym. What a waste.

I use this ball to supplement work with the foam roller - it is great for reaching areas of the body the roller has a tough time with like chest / biceps / hamstrings / and the inner part of the hips. Quality product I very much recommend . . .

Works as advertised! Though it does compress more than I would like. The ball returns to it's original shape between usage. I'm 205 lbs. and fairly lean. So I'm looking for muscle penetration and stability. The only improvement I would want is a little more firmness.

I have some 5 inch EVA foam massage balls (other brands) and this one seem to be a little bit softer/squishy compared to them. Hope it holds its shape.

Perfect size for PT and gym use. Just wish it was slightly less hard. But still recommend it for the purpose.

Great for dealing with a piriformis issue.
