Univseral Dual Display USB Docking Station (TUD-3000)

I've bought 5 of these now for laptops and never had an issue. They are great. Just a couple of notes. To setup dual monitors, you need to use either the hdmi connection + the dvi-d dual link connection OR the hdmi connection + vga connection. You can't use the dvi and vga at the same time, you NEED to have an hdmi monitor, or use a converter to go from hdmi to vga or dvi. Also, the dvi-d dual link connection is the one with 24pins +1 or you can use a dvi-d single link monitor that is 18pins+1. It has 3 usb ports, wish it had a couple more. I've used it with windows 7 pro and windows 8.1 and downloaded the drivers from the website and never had an issue with drivers. You can also use your laptop and have 3 screens going but I had a hard time getting a resolution that works with the laptop + (2) 22" viewsonic monitors with certain laptops. Awesome product!

I bought this for a dual monitor set up for my office, It took a month or so from the time I ordered to actually setting it up. When I pulled it out of the box, brand spanking new it was dead. I tried several different outlets. Nothing. My compute would not recognize the device so plugged and HDMI cable from the computer to the monitor and it works just fine. Piece of junk!!!! I called to their customer service and got someone in Asia that spoke almost no English. After several minutes of trying to explain my situation he directed me to their website to file a claim. We'll see how it goes. I tried to return through amazon, but apparently just missed the return window. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This docking station works amazingly! I have my two monitors connected to both this and my desktop. I am able to easily switch between my monitor inputs without this station reapplying my laptop display settings, like resizing to only use two monitors if I decide to switch one monitor back to desktop display. This station also has a small desk footprint, in my limited opinion.

This device offers a great alternative to connecting all your peripherals individually to your laptop. Connect them to this device and use one connection to your laptop to make it much easier to pick up and go. I chose this one because it has an HDMI port so that I have a wider variety of options for monitors.

Perfect! Handles two screens, no problem!
