Retractable Lanyard for Nonin GO2 Pulse Oximeter

I am surprise at how well built this is. This is not your run of the mill Retractable Lanyard, no no no. This is a Retractable Lanyard with a steel cable that reminds me of a steel walleye leader for fishing. But of Course if I am spending all that money on my own personal pulse oximeter, it makes sense that I have a well built Lanyard to go with it.

I bought a different pulse oximeter, but this works just fine with it. The oximeter came with two lanyards, but I wanted something that would clip to the scrubs, not go around the neck. Shipping was fast, also! I am very pleased.

What I dislike about it is, the string is too tight, it snapped back and hit me in the eye, very dangerous.

I bought this as it appeared to be substantial and well-made. I use mine in a pocket and need to pull out my attached article (not a Nonin GO2) a few times a day. The retractable wire container is slightly bulkier than other brands. After 6 months of use, the tip with the clasp which is attached to the article broke away from the retractable wire. There was no way to get at the wire to attempt reattaching it. Despite the breakage, I'm using another one as it worked so well for my needs.

Works great for my Nonin pulse-ox at work. Stays in my pocket easily, able to pull out and use quickly. Not worried about accidentally dropping. Love the ease of use. Recommend!

Triangle shaped metal piece spread apart allowing my POX to hit the floor, hard! Not cool since I was using it for a more expensive model from the same manf. Used a small sturdy key chain type of ring to replace it. The rest is as advertised and now no worries. Should have been 5 stars but I almost lost over $200.00.

Very handy. Attached to my stethoscope so I will always have it handy when assessing my patients. Now I don't have to worry about misplacing my pulse ox!

Landyard is sturdy, reliable. Cable is like steel, end clip is plastic, clip that attaches to clothes/belt/etc is strong and sturdy.
