good for Hypoallergenic use
Thick enough that it does not run off the palm. Helpful for person with multiple allergies, and does not leave the scalp feeling itchy. I have used this product for quite some time, and plan to buy this product again.

I really like this shampoo and the high amount of Tea Tree oil really does make my scalp and hair feel great!
While out shopping and running errands I talked my son into getting a long overdue haircut. While the stylist was cutting his hair we chatted about his and my dandruff and dry flaky scalp. The stylist recommended the Regis Designline Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner. Normally I wouldn't buy shampoo or styling products from a salon but they were having a buy one get one 50% off promotion. Plus, what can I say. . . she was cute and friendly ;)In all seriousness I'm glad she recommended this shampoo because I really like it. I typically use T/Gel shampoo or another brand off the shelf but this Tea Tree Shampoo may be added to our list of shampoo choices based on my experience thus far. I've used straight and watered down Tea Tree oil on my hair before in sheer desperation. It really does help, but the oil with no shampoo or detergent can obviously be a bit of a nightmare to get rinsed out.Regis Designline is the next best thing! This shampoo has Tea Tree Oil listed as the third ingredient Based on the smell and cooling tingle this shampoo provides I can tell it has quite a bit of Tea Tree oil in it. It has a similar feeling to when I've washed my scalp and hair with pharmaceutical grade tea tree oil in the past. The shampoo has a light and clean minty tea tree oil scent that I like. It is clean and pleasant and disappears rapidly after you rinse your hair. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and clean. The most important question of all: does it help with dandruff and itchy scalp? For me it does, but only for a day or so. If I don't wash my hair with this every day or at least every other day my scalp gets flaky, itchy and dry. I've only been using this product about a month now so I might get better more sustained results over time. Even as things stand, for me it offers fantastic short term relief that leaves my scalp feeling fantastic after I use it.What about the conditioner? It works well too and rinses away clean but I find myself skipping the conditioner quite often. I have short hair and the conditioner has less tea tree oil in it than the shampoo. If you have long or thick and full hair the conditioner might be worth a try. For my son and I, I think the conditioner is overkill. It's the shampoo itself that packs the real tea-tree punch!I actually didn't realize we bought the conditioner until after we left the store. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are basically identical. I wanted a bottle of shampoo and a second bottle of shampoo for the 50% off produt, but I noticed the conditioner too late.Based on my experience I highly recommend this shampoo for dry, itchy and flaky dandruff scalp. Give the shampoo a try as well, but I usually just skip it since the shampoo leaves my short hair feeling so great.PROS:+ Works Great to Relieve Dry, Itchy, Scalp and Dandruff+ Smells great. Not overpowering and doesn't linger+ Feels great with an intense and cooling tingle. (I like to leave it on and let it work for a few minutes before rinsing the shampoo out)+ Leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair feeling clean and soft+ At our local Regis salon the stylist mentioned we could return the products within their return window if we didn't like it+ A little bit of this goes a long way and you don't need a ton to get the job done, especially if you have shorter hair.CONS:- Only available through professional salons or their distribution channels- A bit expensive . . . but you can probably save money buying from your local salon. I believe the bottles I purchased were normally priced at about $9.00 each. Your local salon may also frequently have a buy one get one 50% off promotion.- The conditioner and shampoo bottles are pretty much identical so telling them apart in the shower is fun.- If you get bored in the shower and want to read the back of the bottles. . . good luck! The text is tiny and is a similar color to the bottle so it's hard to make out for older eyes or people that still wear glasses and don't have them in the shower. A very minor complaint but I thought I'd mention it since it is something I noticed.

Wonderful Smell
I got my hair cut today at a salon & she used this shampoo on it. The smell was the first reason I liked it so, I bought a bottle from her. I'm sick of shampoos that smell like candy. Now that I am home and it's dry, the feel is wonderful. Glad I purchased it.
