These are very nice Dumbell bars. The spring locks aren't included but are available inexpensively on-line. They are quicker to use, more durable, and far more secure than the spin locks. Cap weight lifting products never disappoint.

Bummer had to pay shipping, or it would have been a sweet deal.

A sturdy construction with a nice grip. The spin looks as hold the plates in place nicely.

I bought these to add to my weight collection. Super comfortable to use. The weight of them by themselves is impressive. I might get another pair.

This is still a good deal for what they cost. The threaded part is a smaller diameter and the 'nuts' that thread on are very narrow. They come loose often since the rubber gasket is cheap too.

These were perfect. Paint has chipped a little but that doesn’t bother me. Very good price compared to Walmart.

No major issues. The only things I would lightly complain are 1) the nut loosen up after my workout (only 15 lbs on each end). I have to remind myself to tighten them beforey my next work out.2) the nut does not turn smoothly down the thread. They do get stuck and I have to turn the nut hard to get it unstuck but eventually it will go all the way in.Small inconveniences.

Excelente compra quede muy satisfecho con este par de mancuernas a un súper precio, cada una pesa 1.5kg tienen pequeños detalles en la pintura pero nada grave.Sin duda los volvería a comprar.
