Q: Will this case fit the c-pen and it's cords?

Works great, I carry it in my backpack for work and travel. It protects my scanning pen very well!

Q: Does this have an inside mesh pocket to secure the Blue-tooth dongle?

Yes. The pocket is half the length of the case. The pocket will not securely hold the dongle, it will easily slide out of the pocket. I keep the dongle in the tiny zip lock bag it was originally packaged in and then put the whole thing in the mesh pocket. It doesn't slide out that way.

Q: Does it work with apple products?

If the item is smaller than item Dimensions LxWxH 5.98 x 2.99 x 2.01 inches, it works for anything you would like to use the case for.

Q: is this compatible with MacBook Air?

It’s just the case. You have to buy the scanner separately.
