Does the power source have tone capability?

Complete waste of money do not buy!!

Does this need to be regularly calibrated or is no calibration needed?

Hello friend Normally, there is no need to calibrate. After 3-5 years of use, the interface will have some dust and dirt. The data will be different. You need to calibrate and clean. If you need calibration, please contact us.

If I buy these, I get both the power meter and light source correct?

Hi friend, If you buy those, you will get the fiber power meter and SM light source combine. The light source suit for 1310/1550nm. Hope that it can meet your needs.

Can it test single-mode and multi-mode fiber cable ?

Yes.. You will need to buy an adapter for the connector.
