this unit is great, well made and cleverly designed.fitted on my own in about 3.5hrs the result is very satisfying.when marking out the main bracket holes (after fitting the wall strip) note there are two left hand brackets and one right hand. do not assume all three are the same and just mark the holes with the first bracket out of the box like I did!I fitted the wall strip first as recommended by a previous review, this made much more sense to me too.I fitted it loose on the screws and added a bead of sealer to the wall where the seal sits for extra protection from water as the surface of the wall is textured and the wall is very exposed to the weather.The brackets are held to wall with huge wall bolts and 10mm plugs, they take a while to tighten and I recommend using a 3/8 ratchet and 13mm socket on the bolts heads or you will be there for ages with a spanner. I would also recommend greasing the bolt a little as this helps with reducing the friction on the plug. finally I wasn't overly impressed but the bolt head size, I highly recommend using a 6 sided socket as apposed to a multi side socket as this will reduce the risk of the socket skipping round once or twice as I found.All said though this is a great product and looks amazing.

Great value for money and well engineered, sturdy and looks great. However, make sure you view the official installation instructions on YouTube as you don't get much with the product.

I needed to replace two broken canopies over courtyard doors. These are so much more sturdy than the old ones, and look as if they'll last a long time!

Great product, better quality than most other versions. Drill work has to be done very accurately, though, or you have to force things in place, which is never a good option. If you're good at DIY then it's nice work to do...

Very nice canopy. Detail available for easy instal.Sturdy. But delivery came very very late. Otherwise i would give 5 star.

This looks even better than we had thought, once installed. Husband put it together alone so can't be too difficult. Probably easier for 2 men to do thoujgh. Adds a very contemporary look to our front double doors.
