Apparentpy amazon and Costco offer threshold diversity with this item which the delivery doesn't actually do. I had to call a friend to help me lug it in.Otherwise I am pleased with this purchase. The fabric it is made of feels sturdy and nice to sit on.

I had to pay for the chair to be delivered from inside the lobby to my apartment $100.00 on the same floor. First floor about 50 feet. The chair wore out quickly. I have a bar across my back and worn out on the seat. I am heavy but well below the weight limit of the chair. I wish I had returned the recliner but kept wishing somehow it would work out.

This Lane rocker/recliner is very uncomfortable regardless of the sitting position. It was very difficult to put the back piece on and the sharp metal feet almost put holes in my carpet. The screw for the handle sheared of in the first week I had the chair and I cannot return the chair because the delivery people took the box it came in and they will not accept a return without original packing. I contacted Lane and they will not help me because I did not purchase the chair directly from them. I am stuck with the chair and very, very disappointed.

This recliner sits oddly, too much head support and not enough lower back support. Arm cushions don't have any cushions where your elbows set. One side is lower than the other.

I have NEVER had an arm fall off of a recliner before. This is unreal. To say disappointed is an understatement. When you spen this kind of money you expect a level of quality control to be implemented.
