Some years ago, I started noticing that some f my finger nails were growing in an odd shape, almost like wrapped around a curler and they hurt too. My doctor (and others I'd seen) researched this "phenomenon and could find nothing on this particular problem. Given my age, senior citizen, my doctor recommended pre-natal vitamins. He theorized that standard multivitamins might not be enough for me. I opted for gummies, thinking my body could absorb them better. My sisters jumped on the band wagon. Within a few months my sisters' finger nails were long and healthy. My nails took a little longer, but I simply upped the pre-natals and continued on. Those 2 curly nails have almost completely "righted" themselves and the rest of my nails are natural, strong and lovely. I get compliments all the time. Not bad for a lady of 79.

I ordered this product (2 containers) in October, 2019. The bottles that were sent to me (90 vitamins in each) expire October, 2019.
