Surprisingly comfortable as I have severely flat feet anything with an arch actually feels sore and uncomfortable.These are comfy....not sure how much they ore doing for my over pro feet, but I guess something is better than nothing

Wonderful insoles for anyone recovering from Plantar and as an ongoing preventative measure once you’ve suffered from this. Size is a difficult one though- I’m between a four and a half and a five but the small is really big and I have to cut it to fit. Didn’t want to risk the extra small but perhaps I will next time...

I was recommended these by a physio, however they don’t feel particularly supportive and haven’t provided any pain relief.

Does the job of lifting my arches brilliantly. Took a few days to not notice them...better than the stupid ones my podiatrist gave me!

Bought to try and relieve some of the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I put these in my trainers for all sorts of exercise and they seem to be helping a bit. Needed to be cut to size to fit shoes, but that's easily done.
