Can i put a crested gecko in this

Absolutely not, put nothing but spiders, small centepedes, and other various bugs, if you are reading this PLEASE do your research and get the right tank. It's a living, breathing creature, not a little fun toy for yourself or your kids. Crested geckos need minium a 20 gallon tall tank but that's a bit pricy, head to a local reptile show (repticon) and grab a big tank and everything else, got a 50 gallon tank for 50 dollars at on in Tampa. Another option is thrift stores but you may not find a tank and it requires patience.

Are you able to use it for ants?

Not unless you don’t mind ants in your house.

Could you add a some water in there but not a lot? ex: enough for a wet n dry land habitat

would this work for a baby Hognose ?

I believe a baby hognose would fit perfectly in here. But once it gets bigger definitely think about rehousing. It's pretty tall so it would be a lot of wasted space. It's deep enough for a baby hognose to burrow and hide.
