This is a two sided laminated exercise chart poster. Once you get it flattened out and mounted somehow it is a good and informative poster. One side for dumbbell workouts and the other side is for bodyweight exercises.

I bought this workout poster for my son who’s just starting his fitness journey, and it’s been a fantastic tool. The laminated finish makes it durable and easy to hang in our home gym, and the clear illustrations help him target specific muscle groups with confidence. Good product for the cost it is well made

Great graphic that shows upper and lower body workouts. Pictures are clear and understandable. Printed on both sides. It is laminated but it will not flatten out unless you secure all four corners.

Excellent collection of dumbbell exercises presented on a large laminated poster organized into groups like upper body, core, back, lower body and total body. Clear instructions with graphics make this a great wall hanging in any exercise room. There are bonus exercises on the reverse side.My only complaint is that to display the front and reverse sides on my wall I had to buy a second copy which doubled the cost. The poster is well-worth $7.99, but including tax the two copies came to over $19. I really found this very useful, so I paid the price to buy the two copies, but wish there was an offer to buy two copies without lamination to get the cost lower. Or even a bundles price for two copies with some discount.Hey, I bought two because this is a really useful good-looking guide that I wanted to display showing both sides, so I am clearlya big fan!

I was pleased at the size of this poster. It has easy to understand instructions and pictures for the exercises.

A fantastic laminated chart of every exercise you can think of...because you can't scroll directions on your phone and exercise at the same time!

I bought the dumbells exercise sheet because I could never remember all the moves. This has been a great help and I have it on the wall of my home gym.
