Although they work well, the price of Flyzone batteries is insanely high. The only reason they are so expensive is that Flyzone planes have a SuperTigre power connector and most people who buy these entry level (but great flying) models are inexperienced and don’t know there are other options available. In my mind, they do the hobby a disservice by discouraging people from purchasing many extra batteries so they can fly for hours and have more fun! If you’d like to get battery packs for half or one quarter of the cost of one Flyzone, here’s what you do. Go online and purchase one SuperTigre male to XT60 female adapter and however many you want of Turnigy lipo batteries with the same or very close specifications. Plug the adapter into the SuperTigre female plug on the Flyzone airplane and you can now use the Turnigy batteries. The balancing charger that likely came with the plane will work with the Turnigy batteries just as well.

50$ and more for a 3s with 1800mAh is criminal. Only 20C and charging with only 1C. You will find batteries in this size for around 20$.

On time worked great, Used on a DH2 Beaver

I bought the beaver and have several 11.1v batteries . Everything came to halt on my build because this battery does not have the same connectors as the others. That's fine, but I go to buy the battery and it is 2 times as much. What a joke. Buy a plane and electronics where they do not pre-plan on gouging you on batteries

I thought this would be identical to the Flyzone 1800 that came with my plane several years ago but its thinner and longer (same length as 2100mah). It still fits my Flyzone Corvallis so no worries. Its expensive compared to other lipo's but my old battery still works great so hopefully this will too.
