Blame it on Bianca del Río is, as the title suggests, written by Bianca del Rio. This was a book made up of amusing “Dear Abby’s” answered in Bianca’s well known and controversial characterisation. If you hate Bianca’s personality and sense of humour then this book is 100% not for you - I, personally, love Bianca and she would have to be one of my top 3 RPDR queens.Unfortunately the format of the book got old pretty quick, there are only so many letters with biting scathing responses that you can read in succession and not be like “oh, another one?” I did appreciate the personal anecdotes within each chapter and I would have liked to have seen a few more of these within the book. I hate people enough as it is, I don’t feel the particular need to listen (or read, in this case) to their whinging for an entire book.All of the “advice” in this book is to be taken with a grain of salt, as is the offensive humour/language/quotes/ideas - Bianca is a drag queen, a scathing one at that. It’s part of her charm and is what you should expect going into this book. If you enjoy Bianca’s roasting - give this book a go. If you hate it, simply say not today, satan

It was in excellent condition and the mark at the bottom of the pages (I don't remember what it's called at the time of writing this, but it's the mark they put on books so you can't return them) is fairly small and a pleasing size, I was scared it was goi g to be huge and in an outstanding place but I'm happy with it. Other than that everything else at first glance was in excellent condition!

I enjoyed this book, but there were some parts that I found not as interesting as others. Bianca Del Rio is one of my favorite drag queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race. I have seen both of her movies and some of her sketches.Her book was just as you would expect, crazy and funny. I am hoping that there will be a sequel but maybe in another format. The question and answer format worked okay for this one. A lot of the content seemed like it was recycled from her acts.Overall this was a quick read and I enjoyed the book. If you enjoy drag queens, comedy, or memoirs this book is for you!

Bianca Del Rio is definitely an insult comic! She doesn't hold back in her book. I'm a huge fan, so I was not surprised to see the language, but maybe don't take it to work. No one needs a trip to HR for inappropriate behavior. Although, if you're looking for new and clever insults to use against your coworkers, maybe you do want to read it in front of them. Plus, the pictures are priceless! I also got the audio book, which is priceless if you want to hear Bianca read her own words.

What is there NOT to love about Bianca Del Rio? She is a inspiration in a often difficult challenging world...and she does it with humor. Not everyone "gets" Ms. Del Rio or her humor, but if you do this is a priceless gem. So too, is Bianca Del Rio.

I know she’s mean and expected some pretty bad things but it was even over the top for me. I was a big fan of Don Rickles and while he was mean and nasty and funny he still had a warm side to him. RDR does not seem to have a kindness inside her. If you have a weight problem you’ll feel pretty bad. I loved her on RPDR and on some of the specials I’ve seen her in but she was a bit over the top and the meaning the scale for me. Struggling with weight is hard And this made me feel pretty bad about myself in a very short period of time. Sorry Miss Delrio

I love Bianca Del Rio. She is absolutely fabulous. Her book had me laughing so hard. Her advice was amusing but snarky. Gotta love it.

I am so late to the party that is RuPaul's Drag Race it is unreal!!! And now I am a Major Fan and watch all the time... Season 6 is my favourite Season as there were so many fierce queen's but it was Bianca Del Rio's Clown Realness and Reading her competitors to filth that made me sit up and take notice! So when I saw she had a Book I bought it immediately and when I saw it on Audible with Author narration I bought it again!!So this month I read this book twice, well I read it and I then listened to it with my bestie and fellow drag Race fan @alienconspirest and I loved it!! Bianca's sledgehammer wit and brutally honest outlook kept me laughing throughout. I would recommend this book is listened to though as Bianca's narration adds nuances to the humour but then you also need the book because the photos are amazing so do what I did and buy it twice. 😎🖤This was a 5 Star read for me and people who know me know that 5 Stars isn't something I go up to very often! Excellent book!Highly recommended for fans of Drag Race and Bianca Del Rio

Disappointing (and this comes from an ardent BDR fan).There is only so many times you can go on about blow jobs before it becomes boring. This probably would have been much funnier with less of the agony aunt style letters and more of an A-Z thing similar to what the British drag Queen Lily Savage did, a few years ago.

I can't tell you how much I enjoy the comedy of Bianca Del Rio. I've spent hours watching the drag race series and even longer square eyed infront of YouTube. I even made it through both (!) movies. The point is I was quite excited to get this book...Sadly, I didn't really like it. All the trademark humour is there (and she is an insult comic after all) but I didn't think it worked so well on paper. It gets 3 stars because I did grin a bit. It just didn't make me laugh the way I expected.

Bloody hilarious. It's a collection of questions from her fans, on various issues for example relationships and work place, and her "colourful" and direct replies. Had be laughing every time I picked it up for a little read. Just be aware there is a great deal of swear words, so if you're buying it for a younger fan of Drag Race, as I did, you might want to read it through first to make sure you're happy having your young person reading it.

The media could not be loaded.  My review has nothing to do with the actual book or content that's fabulous and worth a read as I have already got my own copy.This copy was bought as a gift and not only 4 days late it looked as if it had been used as a football at some point!!! Also despite having to go out one day for a important medical appointment on day 3 of waiting for delivery I requested the driver leave parcel with my neighbour via the app- he didn't bother with that eas it was clearly too much effort to walk next door so added a further day I had to wait.The book corners were all damaged and there was a sticky grime - that you cannot make out in video sadly- coating the entire book along with grit that has even worked its way between the pages.I was so gutted. I can't face the hassle sending it back but equally not going to leave a positive review based on my experience.
