Corolle Les Dollies Dolly Licorice Doll - 16 "

I purchased this doll for my 2 1/2 year old daughter for Christmas. I absolutely love this doll! I didn't even want to put her in the closet with the other Christmas gifts, let alone wrap her! I got this particular one because I showed my daughter all of the dolls and she picked this one. I wanted this one anyway, and was planning on maybe getting her 2 of them if she liked another one better. I was afraid the dolls hair was just one streak of pink, but in fact, this baby has pink/purple highlights! it's really cute! And yes, the hair is not as long as in the picture, but it looks fine to me! I wish they made the other dolls with different faces, because I don't like the other one's faces that much. Well, I can only hope my daughter will love this dollie as much as I do, if so I will probably get her another one with colored hair (it seems like she likes things in groups so that she can play with the stuff together), and if she doesn't like it, I guess it will be mine! :)

I love the face on this doll. She is adorable. I bought two as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old twins and they play with them quite often, although their Corolle baby dolls still are the most popular. We also found that the hair on these dolls began to look ratty very quickly. I took out the ponytails and put the dolls' hair in a single ponytail to improve the bad hair situation, but it still looks ratty. We've talked about giving them a haircut, but haven't gone that far yet. I do like that these dolls have a soft body. They don't feel as sturdy as the girls' baby dolls because of the thinner limbs, but I think they are cuter and softer to sleep with. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied except for the hair. [...]

I bought this doll for my 8 yr old Grandaughter, who happens to be a little Tom Boy. Even though she thought the doll pretty enough, she did not want it. However I fell in love with it and when purchasing it, wished I could afford one for myself. My wish came true, she gave it to me! I replaced it with a Basketball. This doll is absolutely Beautiful. I recommend it for children and Adults too.

This doll is cute, but small. For some reason, it looks a lot larger in the photo. The hair is also much shorter and frizzy looking. It's a cute doll, but it doesn't seem worth the money even after the price went down. I would return it if it wasn't such a hassle. Had I seen it in person, I wouldn't have bought it. It may be 16 inches, but they must be measuring from the very bottom of the shoe to the hair, while the hair is standing up straight! It really is a miniature doll...when I opened it, I thought it was the wrong order!

I am a little disappointed. The legs are pretty skinny and long. It makes the doll looks supper skinny and small. I was expecting a more rounded doll. And the hair is shorter than the picture. It is still a pretty doll.

This doll is soooo cute! I bought this doll because it looked so much like my granddaughter. The only thing is the hair gets all ratty quickly, other than that my granddaughter thats 5yrs old loves this doll very much.

I've been searching forever for a huggable chinese doll for my niece to carry around. This one is great. It has a soft plastic face but a is stuffed like a cabbage patch doll for the body. She can hug her at night which is the point.

this doll was a xmas gift for my 2 yr old daughter. she absolutely loves it! we picked it because it has an almost snotty expression on her face that matches my daughter perfectly. it's a little smaller than i was anticipating, but stil well worth it!

Eigentlich eine total süße Puppe zum Liebhaben - wenn da die Haare nicht wären. Es dauerte keine drei Wochen bis die ersten Haarsträhnen zu fitzen und filzen begannen. Irgendwann haben ich die zwei "Zöpfe", die nur noch zwei Nestern glichen, in mühsamer Kleinstarbeit auseinander gefitzt und zu zwei Zöpfen geflochten. Das bleibt jetzt so, sonst kann man die "Haare" auch abschneiden. Das sieht jetzt natürlich nicht mehr hübsch und witzig aus und meine Tochter hat lang gebraucht bis sie wieder mit ihr spielen wollte.Fazit: Schade um die Puppe - eine wirklich schlechte Haarqualität - was ich von Corolle nicht erwartet hätte. Für meine jüngere Tochter werde ich kein Modell der CorolleDollys kaufen. Auch wenn deren erstes Aussehen sehr "verlockend" ist. Die Haare verschandeln die ganze Puppe...
