Still the same mat that was purchased 12 years ago, this is the first time it has been replaced. Over time the rubber plush in the middle broke away little by little each year, but it took 12 years for it to degrade to 75%.At our pharmacy, this mat has worked perfectly for our New England slush, snow, and rain. It is heavy duty enough to last but not too heavy that it can't be picked up and flapped out.The mat has a good feel and cleans off numerous customer's shoes/boots year round.I hope you find this review helpful in your mat search!

I ordered one of these in September 2013 and placed it at the front door of our business. By June of 2014, the majority of little black nubs on the mat had fallen off, leaving a mess everywhere. The company replaced it with no issue in June 2014. It is now the end of October 2014 and again this map is self destructing. Little black rubber nubs everywhere. Sadly, we are unable to get it replaced as it is out of "warranty". Would not recommend this item.

I ordered this mat for our ready mix plant. Was tired of having chunks of mud everywhere. The mat does its job! It holds the dirt, gravel and snow and is easy to clean off. Just drag outside and flip it over and shake. I have to have someone help me because of how large it is but that's to be expected! Also, with it being rubber, I'm able to take a garden hose to it when it gets too dirty. Overall, very happy with this mat. It stays put on a concrete floor which I was sort of concerned about.

why didn't I buy this like years ago? this winter has been horrible with all the sand being drug into the house. Finally with this mat, I am able to keep it outside the door as it grabs the majority of it before we walk into the house. A couple of swipes with the shoes and we are clean and ready to enter the house. It has really cut down the amount of sand being drug into the house!!!

So far has held up very well since we bought it (if I remember right, almost a year ago) and has worked well.UPDATE 6/9/19Be aware that over time the little black nibs break off. It also holds water and freezes. Got to be a mess - but then we have had it for almost four years. So take that into consideration.

BOUGHT THIS FOR THE FRONT DOOR OF OUR OFFICE. IT IS HEAVY ENOUGH THAT IT STAYS IN PLACE AND THE WIND DOESN'T MOVE IT. THE FINGERS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AT PICKING THE DIRT BEFORE PEOPLE ENTER. HIGH QUALITY!

I do like the rug very much. I looked at walmart and menards for an entrance mat to cut down on the dirt being tracked in off of visitors as well as my own shoes. I was unable to find a quality mat like this. I feel it helps alot! It is a high quality/durable mat. You definately get what you pay for and this is worth the money.Deb

Perfect for trapping dirt & water. Its plenty deep. I have this mat in our garage to mud room were we have our traffic. The mat got weight to it, so its sturdy (but flexible rubber) and does not slide around. What i really liked is the soft spongy feel it has, espeacially to bare feet, The bristles are flat top. Nice for those quick runs in and out of the garage for something. I saw similar type in local hardware stores for similar pice but the mat is stiff and the bistles were pointed. This mat is way better and a great buy for the the long haul.
