There are many things that Flash in this world:Cleaning spraysMen at the local bus stopCameras (apparently)So when i ordered this i did so for immature reasons: asking Alexa to flash for me. The next day this baby arrived in the post along with 4 Ninjago collectors wallets, 2 novelty desk lamps, a Gluten free cookbook written by Bez and a signed Les Dennis Autobiography.I thought "what the gubbins is this?" however it slotted onto the Nikon D3300 camera my Wife has very well and within minutes i was flashing the neighbours, dog walkers and the guys up the pub all the time my wife was trying out this cool accessory in the photo studio. She said it gives off great light and improved her photos massively and just worked with the click of the button straight out the box.Meanwhile i got to visit the local 5-O station and start some community service.

Dead on arrival. Cheap materials and when switched on all lights lit up and stayed lit,, but no flash. Amazon return and refund worked smoothly, but I bought a slightly more expensive yongnuo model to match the one I already have. This seemed one step too far down the quality ladder.

for a person looking for a flash that is easy to understand & simple to adjust has no whistles and bells but keeps your attention on the cause & effectof what different settings do for your photos. on the other hand as a slave flash to use in a multi speed flash setup with a hi tec ttl whistles & bellsunit . and as for the price well if some one put it into your hand & said guess the price i think most people would say £30 or more

good - pricebad - slave mode does not work wirelessly in bright light, only indoors very poor, so factor in price of a wireless flash transmitter if you want to use outside in daylight.

Pretty robust device for the price. Used them intensively for the last 2 weeks with radio triggers but when I tried to use the built in slaves outside they do not work at all, no matter how close or bright the main flash is. The slave seems to only work in dark rooms. All in all can't complain for a cheap flash gun, just wish the slaves were more sensitive.

Standard quality, Im happy with this flash light. It does the job in a simple way. Saved a lot of money and results are good. Bought it for my CANON D7100.

Does what it says on the tin. A basic, manual flashgun at a price you can't argue with. Build quality is adequate/reasonable - the components look and feel as if they're meant to last. Light output is good. I bought this as a second off-camera flash to supplement my Nikon SB-600 Speedlight. No regrets
