Nice small camera. Excellent infrared.

One of ScoutGuard's "compromises"
The battery compartments do not "seal" on these cameras. As a result, one of ours (we have two of these) rusted from within due to moisture/condensation buildup in the battery compartment. The unit became unresponsive to programming and the SD card would "stick" in the slow and not release properly. I would not recommend this unit for outdoor use in cold environment prone to morning dew or rain or snow.

Compact design and very good for the money!
Very good little camera. It does everything as described. Picture quality is good. Trigger speed is fine.This camera is on the compact side of things and can be a little difficult for those of us with fat fingers. It uses a wired remote to view pictures or the sd card can be removed and displayed on a much bigger monitor.The poor things about the design are the in the bottom of the camera. Their is a double door on the bottom of the camera and the interior battery door can be opened accidently when turning on the switch to the camera. Also the sd card can be a little difficult to remove. There just isn't a lot of room for fingers but this camera works as well as some that are much more expensive. I would buy it again.
