How can something this obsolete be so damn sexy!
Being something of a veteran gamer, I've never been truly satisfied with any of the gamepads I've encountered in my gaming career. The only possible exception would be the old N64 controller, but that never felt entirely right in the hand either, awesome as it was. Before the dawn of the 360, back in the days of my old crystal Xbox I encountered the Logitech Precision. It was something of a revelation - as soon as I picked it up it was completely intuitive and it was also quite beautiful in its ergonomics. It looked like it had been carved out of a single piece of granite!I played several to destruction thanks to Fable, Jade Empire, Splinter Cell etc. and then unfortunately, Logitech stopped making them. So I was delighted after a few years of fruitless internet searches to find the cordless version here on Amazon. It is not quite as amazing as the corded version, due to a slightly different shape and slight changes in the button layout, but the cordless play makes up for that. It never drops out, never fails and is as the make describes - precision.I now await my USB adapter with glee. Modern games, here we come :)

Superior 3rd Party Pad. Better than the S Pad?
If you need a pad for your Xbox dont buy the Microsoft S Pad, this is the best I have ever used in 15 years of video gaming. No lag time, clicky-microswitch-esque buttons (good for quick bashing) great weight, small, no creaking, stylish matte finish. All in all, very good. Onyl slight disadvantage is the position of start and select - sometimes these may get in the way and they are very close to your palm, but this is easily overlooked for the feel of the pad.
