I've been very happy with this leg and knee pillow. As a side sleeper, it helps keep my legs aligned and takes pressure off my knees and lower back. This pillow has saved my hips during pregnancy! Round ligament pain reduced dramatically once I started using it. Perfect level of thickness to where you can sleep comfortably with it and the cover is soft. I use it every night. Excellent quality and affordable. Definitely worth the purchase!

Great pillow, work well for my back pain

I’ve been using pillows between my knees for a few years now, but was never satisfied with them. Some were too big, others too small, some too full or thin, and they were never easy to move when I turned from side to side. This small molded pillow solved all those problems. It took a couple nights to get used to it, but now it’s a breeze to place between my legs just above my knees, and it stays in place when I transition from one side to the other. It doesn’t take up a lot of space when not in use, and is easy to place for maximum comfort. The memory foam is very sturdy, and it’s well worth the price. It’s also small enough that it could be easily packed when traveling. I definitely recommend this speciality pillow.

Bought one for myself and one for my best friend, who absolutely loves it!!! She has said it has relieved much of the pain she feels in her back. And ditto for me! I had been using just one of my regular pillows, but this is easier and more comfortable.

I have been a side sleeper for most of my life. As I got older, I started to put a pillow between my knees for comfort. When I saw this pillow that specially designed for your knees, I thought I would give it a try. I must admit that it took some experimenting to figure out the best way to position it. And at first I thought it was too thick as some had mentioned. But I stuck with it and now it is a necessary part of my sleeping habits. I finally figured out how to orient it and the foam has molded to better support my knees. So hang in there with it. I do think it is an excellent product once you get acquainted with it 😁

The knee pillow does exatly what its designed to do. I'm a side-sleeper, and for years used sheets or blankets to raise one knee above the other, with mixed results nightly. The knee pillow provides reliable confort to my knees. I'm not messing with sheets and blankets and now enjoy less disturbed sleep. I'm very happy that I've purchased the knee pillow.

I bought this pillow hoping it would help with my chronic lower back pain. I normally sleep with a pillow under my knees when I'm on my back, so this seemed like it might be the perfect solution. After using it for a week, I found that it just wasn't a good fit for me. The concept is great, but I'm not exclusively a side sleeper. I sleep on both sides as well as on my back. If you're strictly a side sleeper, I think this pillow could work well. However, if you tend to roll from one side to the other during the night, I would recommend getting the version with the strap to help keep it in place. The pillow was also smaller than I expected. If I positioned it high enough, my knees would still touch. If I moved it lower, it wouldn't stay where I needed it. I can definitely see how it could help some people, but it just didn't work for my body type or sleeping habits. I also had my wife try it. Even though she's primarily a side sleeper, she likes to sleep with one leg crossed over the other. The pillow prevented her from doing that, so it wasn't comfortable for her either. Overall, I think this is a well-made, well-intentioned product that could be helpful for dedicated side sleepers, but it wasn't the right choice for either of us.
