Worked nicely
Seemed to be a new battery. The install instructions where clear and the included tools did the job just fine.

Worked great!
I'm super proud of myself for replacing the battery - but the tools and instructional DVD made it easy. It was clear to me from the beginning that the replacement was going to take me a lot longer than the DVD suggested. Prying the back off took me about 40 minutes. One tip: use a sharpie or something to mark which end is up on the volume button before you pop the back off. I guessed wrong the first time I put it together and had to take it apart again (much faster the second time) to switch it. Also, the original battery bent while I was prying it out; I stopped and googled "how to put out battery fires" before continuing. (It was fine. No fires.)

I guess it's nice having the tool set though
Bought this to replace my old battery (obviously), and it didn't work WHATSOEVER. I thought it was dead, so I plugged it in, and the phone didn't turn on at all. I guess it's nice having the tool set though.

Great replacement battery
This was easy to install and is working great. I was able to follow the installation instructions on the accompanying DVD.

not easy to install
It's a lot more difficult to install than the included video shows. The pry tool could be a lot more sturdy given the difficulty in opening the case. It will take a good 10 minutes to pry open the case -- be patient. Once it's open you will face the difficulty of getting the screws out of the battery. I was unable to remove one of the screws until I ground off the tip of the included screw driver. After that, you'll be faced with prying up a glued down battery. Be careful -- the battery breaks up easily. Once it was out, putting in the new battery and reclosing the case was easy. The phone fired right up but won't fully charge. It has been plugged in for 24 hours now (both powered on and off) and it has yet to go over 50%. I even factory reset the phone.I use this phone for software development so I'll continue to use it, but if it were my personal phone I'd save my money and just drop kick the phone and get a new one.Update: I wiped the cache partition and now the battery will fully charge. I increased my rating to 3 stars.

Everything was as promised.

Worse than your worn-out OEM battery - DON'T BUY!
It gets WORSE screen-on time than before the replacement. What's worse is that the last 15% of the battery disappears in less than three minutes of regular use every single time. The capacity measurements are all messed up.
