I wanted a book for a true introduction to a specialty area of the fish hobby. The book just did not give enough specific information about Ranchu to make it worth more stars, actually less would be enough. Review: Generic goldfish information - I expected information directly related to the Ranchu goldfish. The information in this book is very generic to all types of goldfish. I wasted my 0.99cents. I recommend this book to the absolute beginner as this book is a generic goldfish book.

More of a generic book on Goldfish
This is an ok book. It is just too generic for fish in general. What I wanted was a good introduction to the Ranchu hobby that could answer such questions as the real difference between a Lionhead and a Ranchu.
