Finally, I can stop struggling with wired chargers that stop working. Whether a piece of lint is in the charging port for my iPhone, or I'd damaged the chargers, I was tired of plugging in the phone thinking it was charging, and then realizing the phone didn't charge. This works easily and charges very quickly.I looked at reviews for some of the cheaper wireless chargers and decided it was not worth it to have another charger with issues. So far, I am very happy with this.The only thing that surprised me is that there is a warning about keeping the charger 22 cm away from you because of radiation. I suppose I will read more about radiation. I usually charge my phone at night and want it nearby. But 22 cm is not that far, so the phone is still easy to reach. The design is simple and modern. So far, I am very pleased.

The thing is a bit light - I’d it had weights so it felt more substantial it would be harder to slide it around and it to stay where you put it.The led being on one side means you cannot see the light if you are on the other side.And it gets very warm , but I can’t say if this is an issue or just a given that inductive charging is inefficient in that some of the power is wasted as heat.

This is my first inductive charger, as long as the center of the phone is near the center of the disk it works, but it's less forgiving than I expected ... still I'm happy with it now that I know to (and there's a white LED that let's you know it's working. I think I saw a yellow LED when I put the phone face down on it which I think means "face up, please) I bought the 5W ON PURPOSE because I have worked with batteries as an engineer and know that slower charging helps with the batteries overall lifetime. That being said given the rate of charge I don't think that going to 7.5W or 10.0W would be that bad.

Good charger. A shame the base only lasted 7 months. I now get 2hrs till full charge instead of 1.5hrs till full charge. (This is on my samsung phone when base is in use.)

Worked great with my iPhone XR until a week ago when it suddenly quit charging. White LED still lit up when it was plugged in but it did not light up when phone was placed on the charger and the charging indicator did not appear on the phone's battery icon. Tried the charger plugged into different USB adaptors on different outlets. Got a new, different brand charger. It's working OK so I'm pretty sure the problem is in the Belkin charger rather then the phone or power source.

The cord I used no longer charged my phone. Went to the Verizon store and of course they said I needed a new phone. Couldn't fix the charging port. For $25 this charges my phone faster than the cord and I don't have to buy another phone. I bought a second one. I'm so happy
