Good flavor. I personally don't like it with water. You could add it to shakes,coffe,milk(hot ot cold).

Love this stuff. I have taken CLA for awhile and just got tired of pills. So switched to this. Love the taste. Make a casein hot chocolate with a half scoop casein protein and this. A yummy way to get my CLA.

Seal was broken and lid was open when I opened the package. Powder spilled everywhere. Very disappointing.
