Pulaski Sutton Swivel Glider Recliner, Zen Grey with Stella Piping

I have had this for 7 months now and use it daily! It cleans up easily, rocks, and is very comfortable. If you are short like me (5'2") you may want to get a nursing stool to help rock it back and forth. It is in my sons nursery and the light grey color is a perfect neutral color to go with anything! I would suggest a rug though if you have a hard floor, it tends to scoot itself back over time and then I end up rocking into the wall. For what I spent - I am thrilled with this chair! I never had one with my first two kids, so this is a dream come true!

After reading many reviews I was hesitant to purchase this chair. However, after I searched long and hard in stores and online I just couldn't find something that did what I wanted (swivel, glide and recline) with the color I wanted (gray) for my nursery.First off, I will say I don't think the color is a true gray, maybe a slight hint of blue/slate. And the cushion has even started bunching. So after 5 months of constant use it has already worn a lot, which is disappointing.Like other reviews the leg bar is hard to push down, but once you get the hang of it, I really don't find it to be that big of a nuisance now (although it is loud if you have your baby sleeping and they're a light sleeper :/)Most important:After owning it for less than 3 months I reclined one day only to have the back fall off (and I'm petite). However, when my husband came home he investigated and repaired it. He removed the back completely and reattached the bracket that latches the back of the seat to the base because the bolts had come loose. I feel like it leans slightly ever since the "repair". However, I still use it daily and kind of regret not getting it exchanged from Amazon even though my husband "fixed" it. When I read reviews I was nervous about it breaking like others - I assume the same thing happened to them that happened to me and it is repairable. I still use this daily and it functions just fine.Despite this, I would probably still have purchased this item again due to the recline, swivel, glide options, color and price.

I am writing this review 9 months after my purchase, I love this chair even now, however, it keeps making a metal popping noise which makes me feel like something is going to break. It also developed a loud squeak when I rotate the chair, and it squeaks when I rock. The back, and seat show definite signs of indentation where it has been sat in. It's not firm like it was at first, The arms have held up excellently, and overall, it is a very comfortable chair. I am elderly, so I spend many hours in this chair. The chair does sit a little high, which works well for me. Would I buy this chair again? Yes!UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER....THE SEAT HAS COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN, SO THAT NOW IT CAUSES SEVERE BACK PAIN. THEREFORE I CAN NO LONGER USE IT. WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN...NO! WASTE OF MONEY!

This chair fits great in our nursery.It arrived earlier than expected. It comes in a large box. I needed someone to help bring it into the house and put it together. The chair comes in two pieces: (1) chair/seat, (2) chair back. I needed my husband to help put the back on - it has a piece on either side of the back that align and click into place.As soon as my chair was put together, I did notice a small hole (the size of a pencil eraser) in the side of the chair. Since the chair came wrapped in plastic, I'm not sure if it was delivered that way or if we might have done that moving the chair to the room. It's not a big deal, but you may just want to be careful putting the sides of the chair next to anything with sharp edges to avoid something like this since it looks like the fabric could tear easily in some places.The chair itself is very comfortable. The seat and back have ample cushion. This chair has more of a rocking motion than a gliding motion, but it does swivel left/right with ease. Like other reviews mentioned, the chair does sit a bit high. I'm 5'1 and my feet can't touch the floor sitting all the way back. I usually just put one leg up in the chair and then rock it on my tippee toes of my other foot which it comfortable to me. If you don't use the recliner much, it may be helpful to add an ottoman. I use a storage ottoman from target as needed, but you don't necessarily need this if you're taller or use the recliner often. It was also mentioned that it's hard to push in the footrest which I completely agree with. You need a lot of lower leverage to push it back in. I had a c-section and I don't think I would have been able to push in the footrest very easily for the first month or so, but after 8 weeks postpartum (when I received this chair), I can push it in with my feet using a little bit of force. I think the chair is pretty true to color. I posted a picture of it in my nursery (with a teal blue ottoman and the navy blue rug) if that gives you a better idea of the color. The fabric is microfiber. I can't attest to how easy it is to clean yet (thank goodness), but if it's anything like our microfiber couches, this chair should be easy to wipe clean.

I spend many late nights in this chair rocking our newborn and it's perfect. Very comfortable (I've fallen asleep in it a few times) and looks great in the nursery. The rocking/swivel/reclining features are great and much better for us than just a straightforward rocker. This chair would work well in just about any room (we've talked about moving it to our bedroom to make a reading nook when it's no longer needed in the nursery). It came in two pieces and was pretty easy to assemble, too.

This is the best Chair it reclines great for posture or if you want to relax great quality, slides if you want or stays put , very versatile! We love it!

At first seemed ok. Very hard to close foot rest. And the mechanism inside the chair creeks when you rock baby. Noisy. I think it that a part of it is broken. I would not recommend this.

Bought as a gift, exceeded expectations. Highly recommend
