My stomach feels flatter and it doesn’t feel so heavy/bloated. Not sure if it is this product, but I’ve got more energy as well. One of the best things about taking this product is that I don’t experience any side effects. I still have a long way to go in losing weight so fingers crossed that this product will do the job. It’s is a pricey item, I can see why though as at this moment it does what it says on the bottle
