This product is as good or better that some other more expensive brands. I started taking this about one year ago due to chronic lower back pain. It has worked fantastic for me. I have been taking two capsules in the morning and my back pain has disappeared. I am very pleased.The capsules are small and easy to swallow, no bad taste, and no side effects.My 80 year old mother also reports improvement of her back, hip and leg pain since she started using Swanson calendula capsules.

I got this because I was looking for an herbal anti-inflammatory, and calendula kept showing up on different lists. With my illness, there's never any one thing that's going to make it all better. It's more about little improvements. Anything that gives me a noticeable benefit without any obvious drawbacks is a success. So far, this seems to be one.I'm noticing a bit more energy, and every tiny bit helps a lot. A bit less pain. More ability to focus, and I'm feeling more alert. My guts seem a little calmer. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Worked great for me. When I am in a lot of pain I take two and within a couple hours I feel so much better and it is natural. If I sense that my pain is starting I take 1 and it solves it. I take it for my neck or back. Have given it to my sister and now she is buying it too and gave it to a couple friends that had muscle spasms and it resolved it too.
