Where are the ARS hand pruners manufactured?

The real ones are from Japan. I’ve gotten both the legit pruners and cheap knock-offs from China from Amazon. Returned the knock-offs.

How do i know when i get ars hp-vs7xz is real product or replica (cheap copy), is there some special marks on product or something?

The original product will have engraved on the anvil “made in Japan” on the cutting blade will have engraved the model name “VS-7” and the manufacturer name “ARS Corporation” on the locking mechanism you can also fine the brand name engraved as “ARS” The original product should feel solid and well made. What is the difference with VS7z which is 75$?

We are not sure why is overpriced. 7 is for M hands and 8 is large hands.
