Of course not, it's up to every individual to determine how may times they want to do each exercise (everyone's different), it's a very good instruction chart, and teaches you how to do each exercise correctly.

what size frame does this fit? will it fit a 20" x 30"

Since the chart is a scant 18x27”, it would fit in a 20x30” frame, with ample space. Keep in mind, that it’s a two sided chart. There are stretch exercises on both sides. Good luck.

Great workout

Doing these stretches makes a huge difference. I feel better after stretching than I did after a workout with no stretching. I now stretch before and after my workout. 30 sec. is my goal but a minof 15 sec. This is a game changer for sure.

Great print quality but a little difficult to keep flat

Bought it for the office and the guys might make fun of it (we work in a construction office... I'm sure you can imagine the jokes)... but it was exactly what I ordered and the print is clear and easy to read. I was suprised that the lamination was very high quality for the price point!The only complaint that I have is that it arrived rolled up in a tube. It wasn't an issue at first but I've had this for a couple months now and its still curling on the ends. It makes it difficult to keep it hanging on the wall. Other than that, exactly what I expected!
