Robust and immense battery
A phone that you can leave WITHOUT fear to suffer an accident, because it resists practically everything. Large screen, very satisfied.

It is not as rugged as they suggest it is
Firstly the phone was in operation for four days before it fell to the ground from no more than two and a half feet and the screen shattered. When it did the glass was obviously not shatter proof and the protective plastic layer over the screen just peeled away as if not even stuck to the glass. Can only have imagined that this would have just peeled of quite quickly on its own even if not dropped.Secondly The speaker on the device vibrates and buzzed when the volume was turned up. I bought this for work purposes and sound wasn’t required for my purposes so I kept it and didn’t return it base on my needs.Thirdly the fingerprint recognition on the device was very poor. It was being used for Amazon delivery and speed of use was necessary but the device only recognised my print 10% of the time which made use awkward when I was carrying parcels in one hand and trying to open the phone in the other.Fourthly the navigation system...mmm can’t make a conclusive answer to this as I was using the Amazon flex app for delivery but my god it was slow, froze many times and was inaccurate. It was the reason I left Amazon as a delivery driver.

Randomly turns itself off
I like this phone, i like the battery life, and i like how it's unbreakable (it is showing a few battle scars already), but the damn thing just keeps turning itself off in my pocket and i just can't reccomend that

stay away from this , very poor build
I should have known for that price, it was a terrible phone, did not last me more then 8 months, battery soon drained and the usb-charger port became loose and cables had issue with staying connected. Terrible phone. At least it does not seem to be sold anymore

Best customer suport and battery life
One of the best customer suport i ever meet on amazon .The phone is really good , the battery is lasting like forever , phone so great for delivery drivers .. last. A full working day without charging .

Do not buy stop charging after 5 months. This brand all phones happen this be carefull.
