Sturdy, and strong clip.

I bought this for cross-stitching and it will not bend enough for me to use. I need to return it.

The lens is heavy and sometimes requires me to readjust the position because it's weight pulls it down. The light is very bright and works well. The magnification is perfect for me, I require prescription glasses to read and can cross stitch without the magnifying glass, but it is easier with it for me. If you have severe vision issues this may not magnify enough for you. The clip could be better. It is very strong, however if you need to clip it on something larger than about a inch, it probably wouldn't fit. That's why I gave versatility a 3. I fits on my current cross stitch frame. Sorry I was unable to upload a picture. I am satisfied overall

The magnifier itself is great. Good size, smaller magnifier helps aloy and light is bright.However, after clipping it to my canvas, the clip broke. I can still use it but I have to hold it.

I was looking for a magnifying glass that would help me see my patterns and stitches. I was way too top heavy. I tried to gerryrig it to my stand and it broke. I ended up TRYING to use just 5he glass but that didn’t work either. Finally I gave the magnifying glass to charity and the rest of it was in the trash.
