Nice router with easy setup
The out-of-the-box experience was pretty good. It set up in no time at all. As expected, the 5.0GHz signal is not very strong and does not reach across my large house. 5.0GHz signals are pretty poor at penetrating walls and stuff. The 2.4 GHz signal, is much stronger than either of my other routers - an Actiontec from Verizon FIOS and a compact Zuni router.I set the router up to function as a wireless Access Point. Even though there were no specific instructions in the manual on how to do this, it was very simple. Disable the DHCP function of the router and set the router to obtain an IP address dynamically.Noteworthy is that while the router is able to transmit signals on both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands concurrently, WiFi Adapters are not able to connect to both simultaneously. Since, in most instances, the 2.4 GHz signal will be stronger, your wireless devices may always attempt to connect to that, rather than the 5.0 GHz signal. You can avoid this by assigning discrete SSIDs to each frequency (in fact, you can assign up to 4 SSIDs in each frequency). Then by specifying your preferred SSID, you can control which devices will connect to which frequency band.I should mention that the device is rather small, though not exceedingly so and it seems to get very hot. Whether that impacts its longevity remains to be seen. Also the status LED are rather bright.Edit (12/11/2013): I fixed some glaring typos in my original version and thought I would mention that I seem to be occasionally having issues with connecting to this router. I can't specifically blame the router, it may be that there is some inherent issue in my network, which is now rather large and complicated, but it seems this router (functioning as an Access Point) don't always reliably connect through the other router and to the network. The symptom is that Windows 7 reports "unable to connect to Internet" in the Network and Sharing Center. If I leave it (which I can do since I have multiple network connections, it may or may not resolve itself over time. I have no direct evidence placing the blame on this router - it will take fairly complicated troubleshooting to resolve and I may just end up with a total network redesign.

Great product, but someone at Rosewill needs to check up on their support tickets once in a blue moon
This router is actually pretty good. It's been running perfectly fine for several months now and I've even been able to stream to chromecast with it decently. No problems with any device connecting to it or using internet from it.I marked it down because of Rosewill support. The day I got it, I couldn't get it to connect to the internet at all. Tried everything I know and it just wasn't getting internet. I'm convinced the problem was with my modem, now, but at the time I called Rosewill to get help.Turns out their Tech support only works from 9-5. I scheduled to have a Tech rep call me back the next morning. They gave me a specific time when they would call. It's 3 months later now and I still haven't gotten any call from anyone over there.I'm happy with the router and glad I'm technical enough to have solved the problem I had myself. I just wouldn't trust their tech support to solve it for you unless you are lucky enough to not work the exact same hours most of the rest of us do.

Very easy setup and works like a charm.
Setup was fast and easy. I must note that I have setup routers before, so I appreciated the direct access to features that I needed. I was able to quickly assign security, SSID and features that I wanted to use. I think I was done from opening the box to surfing in under 10 minutes. I am using this as my AP for my downstairs after linking into my main network.

Not at all easy to install or operate
Did not work. Not at all easy to install or operate. Returning it immediately. After reading most of the reviews on how great this item was, it was the easy choice for purchase. Totally disappointed.
