Great way to supplement vitamin D
I like these. The pill size is very small. They basically have no taste or odor. I’m indoors most of the time. So I take these for the majority of the vitamin D. Every time I’ve had blood work done my dr’s have said my vitamin D levels are good. So I just stay on this to help keep me healthy with my vitamin D

If i could give it more stars, I would! I started these when my vitamin D levels on my bloodwork was flagged as deficiency. Within a year, my follow up bloodwork showed no deficiency! My numbers are now higher than my previous non flagged numbers. Definitely recommend these. There's no after taste, doesn't hurt my stomach, and they are easy to take.
